Natural Blue melees exist in two different shades - Gray Blue and Fancy Blue. Natural Blue diamonds always have a percentage of gray color in them. Depending on that percentage they are sorted in different group.

 

Gray Blue or Grayish Blue has a higher amount gray in them than blue. It is good idea to mount these with some contrast to them , such as very high white (D or E color) melees or single stone. They are also used next to Pink diamonds which makes them look really good Blue.

 

Fancy Blue have a higher amount of Blue in them. They can be used for very high exceptional jewelry pieces.
